Thank you for shopping with Kawaida Natural Butter. We appreciate your support and are committed to preparing and shipping your order with care.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 3–5 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Because many of our products are handcrafted and prepared with care, larger orders, bulk orders, or orders placed during busy seasons may require additional processing time. In those cases, please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier and the shipping option selected at checkout. Please note that carrier delays may occur and are outside of our control.
Large Orders
Large orders may take longer to prepare due to product availability, packaging, and handmade processing time. If your order requires additional time, we will do our best to communicate with you regarding the status of your order.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Kawaida Natural Butter is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped, the package is in the care of the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email or text, depending on the contact information provided at checkout.
