Shipping and processing times are estimates and may vary due to product availability, order volume, holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Kawaida Natural Butter will make every reasonable effort to process and ship orders within the stated timeframe. If an order requires additional processing time beyond our normal window, we will do our best to notify the customer with an update.

Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, the package is in the care of the shipping carrier. Kawaida Natural Butter is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages caused by incorrect shipping information, or delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

By placing an order with Kawaida Natural Butter, the customer agrees to the shipping terms listed in this policy.
