Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kawaida Natural Butter. Due to the personal nature of our handmade body care products, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tested items.

Returns

For health and safety reasons, body butters, creams, oils, scrubs, beard care products, baby care products, and other personal care items cannot be returned once they have been opened or used.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, or incorrect product received.

Once we review the issue, we will determine whether a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for approved cases, such as damaged items, incorrect items, or order issues caused by our error.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider time to complete the refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been prepared, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Customer Responsibility

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Kawaida Natural Butter is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout.
