Returns
Due to the nature of our skincare, personal care, and candle products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please email us with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the shipping package (if applicable)
We will review your request and work with you to provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not entered production or shipped. Since many of our products are handcrafted shortly after your order is placed, cancellations cannot always be guaranteed.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
